Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Sign up with your gym name and email and use everything free for 14 days. You only add a card if you decide to stay.
Does it work in my country and currency?
Yes. GymFlow is built for gyms worldwide. Your gym's prices, receipts and reports use your own currency and timezone. Our subscription is billed in USD.
Can I bring my existing members?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel export with names, emails, phones, plans and end dates, and running memberships carry over.
Can members pay online?
Right now you record payments taken at the desk, by card machine or bank transfer, and GymFlow keeps the books and receipts. Online member payments are on our roadmap.
What happens when my trial ends?
Pick a plan and carry on. If you don't, your dashboard is paused but your data is kept, and your website and member app keep working while you decide.
Can I use my own domain for the website?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Point your domain at us with one DNS record. On Starter you get a free yourgym.gymflow.app address.
Do my members need to download an app?
No. The member app runs in the phone's browser. Members can add it to their home screen if they like.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
